I've received a rotating antenna mount for my truck and it worked out just great, i was having a little difficult finding that type of bracket and they had. Will highly recommend the product and service with this company and they had good customer support.

Recently purchased a Bearcat 980 ssb for my 2017 GMC Truck. Paired with a 5’ Firestick antenna. My order was delivered in a timely manner. Install went well with the help from the videos supplied by RCR. One happy customer. Will be shopping again with RCR in the future. 👍👍
For the first time ever I purchased a Cobra 29 LX FM CB radio along with a Firestick 3 way CB mount, CB antenna fold down mount and the Firestick dual coax cable. I most say that very happy with my purchase. I am the type of guy that doesn't like to drill in the interior of the vehicle so I installed it on my truck bed toolbox in which it provides the necessary 60 inches of separation needed to work accordingly.

Man I wish I could give more than just 5-stars. I should preface this by saying I’ve been struggling for MONTHS to get my Cobra 75 to work properly. I stumbled across Right Channel Radios on YouTube and ordered a Bronco specific mount. I STILL had issues with grounding so I figured I’d reach out to them and see if I could get some help. Pat (the owner) called me back and we spent about 20 minutes on the phone helping me fix my grounding issue. He wasn’t in a rush, didn’t seem bothered, and was SUPER knowledgeable about CB radios.If that ain’t customer service I don’t know what is. Thanks again Pat!

I wanted a fixed GMRS for my Land Cruiser 80. I've been using handhelds for a while but really wanted to up the range and not risk forgetting to bring them with me. I talked with Pat who happens to be a member of our local Land Cruiser club. He connected me with exactly what I needed, a MXT275 paired with a MicroMobile MXTA26 antenna. He also suggested the right antenna mount for my vehicle and the whole package shipped immediately. I've known Pat for a while as a club member and a friend, but he's now my go-to radio guy. This was my 2nd order with Right Channel Radios and I could not be happier with the service or the products. Honestly they have quickly become my go to!!!!
I ordered a CB antenna and hood mounting kit. The kit was specifically for Chevy 2010-2019 trucks. The kit included a 3' Firefly antenna. It also included a preassembled mounting bracket with components/washer/spacers. There were zero instructions included in the kit.
I assumed the order of the components on the preassembled mounting bracket were in the correct order as it was sold as a kit. The implication being that Right Channel Radio provided what was needed, as is.
It turns out that the components were not arranged correctly and created a short in the system. I burned out a brand new $450 CB radio as a result. While troubleshooting I noticed a small QR code on the Firestick antenna package that links to a 30 page document for general antenna system checks. After hours of reading this document I realized what I had not done correctly.
After buying a new radio and assembling the mounting assembly correctly I could not get the SWR down below 3:1. This was a result of the antenna being too short for a hood mount on my 2018 Chevy Tahoe. I ordered the 4' antenna and I was able to get a SWR close to 1.5:1.
I called Right Channel Radio and asked to return the 3' antenna as it doesn't work as advertised. I was told,"you can return the $30 antenna but you have to pay shipping which is around the cost of the antenna". I politely asked for Right Channel Radio to cover the shipping as the kitted antenna would NEVER work with a 2010-2019 Chevy truck hood mount. They flat out refused and basically told me to that "the antenna works for many others". That is a lie. The same 30 page document that they made no explicit mention of, which caused me to burn out a radio, states that the antenna should be extended at least 60% above the roof of the vehicle. There are no 2010-2019 chevy trucks where a hood mount 3' antenna would extended 60% above the roof.
I expressed my dissatisfaction and was given no agreeable options.
I would NOT USE RIGHT CHANNEL RADIO EVER AGAIN. I recommend no one else does either.
They should have included some instructions. Or at least a 3x5 card explicitly mentioning the reference to the Firestick document. They should also not make the consumer pay for return shipping if they provide an inadequate kit that would never work. We all know companies have agreements with their shippers where they pay way less to have an item returned than it would cost me.
Bad attitude. Bad service. Stay away. Plenty of other places to shop online.
I ordered the unit which was very easy to do, and it was delivered very quickly. I believe the quality is top notch and the price was very fair. Prior to my purchase I exchanged communication with customer service and they were very kind and helpful in helping me pick out what I needed.

Honestly I had not heard of Right Choice Radio until about a month ago (not sure how that happened)but ordered the President George FCC Kit for mounting in my Dodge Ram.. Pricing to me was very fair, the radio is amazing and all the items in that kit fit and work like a glove. Just placed my 2nd order with them. This is now my go to radio store. They communicate quick, helpful with any issues and questions and honestly? If customer service with a company is poor, I never use them sgain.. This place is a keeper 100%
Recently made a purchase from Right Channel Radios of a hard to find part for my Honda Goldwing CB Antenna that would allow it to fold. I was extremely pleased with the purchase. I would certainly do business with these folks again should the need arise.

My order was correct, complete, and shipped quickly. I am still in the process of installing my Uniden Pro520XL (I am 99% done designing and 3d-printing a mount in PETG to replace my factory "slave" cassette player with this nice, new CB in my '02 GMC), but everything is going to work out just fine. The antenna mount went on easily enough, and is polished stainless, the instructions are comprehensive and humorous, and the SWR seems decent, according to my preliminary tests.
I honestly have zero complaints.
