CB radios, or Citizens Band radios, are short-range, two-way radios that allow for voice communication up to 7 miles away. CBs are frequently used by truckers, off-road enthusiasts, job crews, and via a base station. They are especially useful in places where cell service is unreliable or when you want to communicate with a group of people. There are mobile, handheld and base station versions of CB radios, and popular CB radio brands include Cobra, Uniden, President, Midland, and Galaxy.
