If a standard external speaker isn't cutting it, the 15-watt amplified speaker is what you need. This speaker is loud, really loud. If you work in a quarry, mine, or other noisy environment, this is the clear choice. The amplified speaker mounts attaches to flat surfaces, and you'll run the 10' wires to the back of your radio and to a 12-volt DC power source. The speaker also has a noise blanker button on the side to remove any unwanted background noise and a volume control for fine adjustments.
